Srini Potluri, MD, FACC FSCAI is chairman of cardiology at Baylor Scott and White The Heart Hospital Plano, medical director of their cardiac catheterization laboratory and associate professor at Texas A&M. Dr. Darshan Doshi is an interventional cardiologist at the Massachusetts General Hospital who specializes in complex coronary interventions. He also helps directs the chronic total occlusions program, and leads imaging and physiology efforts in the cath lab. Dr. Doshi received his BA from Columbia University’s Columbia College and his MD from Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed his internal medicine residency, and his cardiovascular medicine and interventional cardiology fellowships at the Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Doshi also underwent additional dedicated training at Columbia in complex and high-risk interventional procedures. He was then recruited to join the faculty in the Division of Cardiology at the Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Doshi also holds a MS in patient-oriented research from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health with a research interest focused on clinical trials evaluating novel cardiovascular devices and therapeutics in interventional cardiology. He has authored several original manuscripts in translational and clinical cardiovascular medicine, and has published in the New England Journal of Medicine, Lancet, Journal of the American College of Cardiology, and Circulation, among many others.

Dr. Singh is an Associate Professor of Medicine, Medical Director, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Director of Interventional Cardiology. He specializes in coronary and peripheral vascular interventional procedures and spends most of his time in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. His expertise is in complex coronary intervention and also the endovascular treatment of renovascular hypertension, and peripheral arterial occlusive diseases. In addition, he has been involved in research ranging from new coronary devices to intravascular ultrasound and pressure/flow assessment of coronary vessels. He is the Principal Investigator in several high profile multicenter trials evaluating the above. He is actively involved in resident/fellow education and rotate in the coronary care unit twice a year. He has two interventional fellows per year who work closely with him during their training, he also serves as their attending in ½ day in patient clinic. He has second and third year cardiology fellows involved in clinical research protocols in the cath lab and their work has produced three instrumental abstracts/papers which in the first 12 months were presented at major cardiovascular society meetings. Dr. Singh is also the Chairman of ARCH, one of the largest Midwest Interventional Symposium.

After completing his M.D. at Tulane Medical School, Bill Lombardi went on to the University of Utah, Salt Lake City for his internal medicine residency and fellowships in cardiology, heart failure/cardiac transplant, and interventional cardiology. Dr. Lombardi then returned home to Washington State and joined St. Joseph’s Hospital in Bellingham. During the 13 years that he was at St. Joseph’s, Dr. Lombardi helped to develop novel CTO techniques and technologies and was fundamental to the inception of the “hybrid algorithm” to facilitate reproducibly successful outcomes in chronic total occlusion and complex lesion PCI. During this time he was also active in physician training, CME courses and proctoring. Dr. Lombardi joined the University of Washington Medical Center in 2014 as associate clinical professor and director of the Complex Coronary Disease Therapies Program. He is certified in interventional cardiology and cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Lombardi's interests include sailing, fishing, and spending time with family.

Sameh Sayfo, MD, RPVI is an interventional cardiologist with Legacy Heart Center. He specializes in the management of cardiac diseases including atrial fibrillation, coronary artery disease, peripheral arterial and venous disease, and heart failure. His areas of expertise include complex coronary and peripheral artery interventions, atrial septal defect and patent foramen ovale closures, aortic valve treatment including valvuloplasty and transcather aortic valve replacement (TAVR), as well as endovascular aortic repair (EVAR) and carotid stenting. Dr. Sayfo is certified by the National Board of Echocardiography and he is a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI) certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. He is also specially trained in venous ablation, treating venous diseases including varicose and spider veins using both endovenous laser treatment (EVLT) and radiofrequency ablation. In addition, he is active in clinical research and has a special interest in interventional cardiology studies. Dr. Sayfo is on the medical staff at The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano, Baylor Regional Medical Center at Plano, and Baylor Medical Center at McKinney. He is currently welcoming new patients.

In addition, he has completed extensive training in nuclear cardiology and is certified by the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. After finishing his internship and residency training at Mayo Clinic, Dr. Dib went on to complete a fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City and a fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.
