Dr Hannah McConkey is a final year interventional cardiology fellow at John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, UK. She graduated from Cambridge University and King’s College London in 2007, and underwent junior doctor rotations in London, Surrey, Berkshire and Oxford. She was granted a prestigious BHF Clinical Research Training Fellowship (2016-2019) and was awarded a PhD for her work studying paradoxical low gradient aortic stenosis under the supervision of Professor Bernard Prendergast and Professor Simon Redwood. Her areas of interest are TAVI, calcific coronary disease, and cardiac physiology.

Dr Jubin Joseph is an advanced structural fellow at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. He graduated from Cambridge University (2005) and Oxford University (2008) and has completed his clinical training in Oxford and London. He was awarded a PhD for his work on coronary and ventricular physiology from King’s College London whilst at St Thomas’ Hospital. Following completion of two dedicated years of interventional fellowship in Oxford University Hospitals, he transitioned to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles for advanced structural training in 2020. In addition to large TAVR experience, he is active in structural research with particular expertise in emerging mitral and tricuspid therapies. He was elected President of the British Junior Cardiologists Association in 2016 and has run national and international educational conferences successfully for the complete range of cardiology trainees.
