Dr Andrew Wigham is a Consultant Interventional Radiologist practicing at Oxford University Hospitals NHS trust and Wexham Park Hospital. Having qualified from Imperial College School of Medicine in 2002, he trained in Interventional Radiology at the Royal Free Hospital, London. His special interests include the imaging and treatment of chronic venous insufficiency; intravascular ultrasound for the assessment of venous and arterial disease; imaging of thoracic outlet syndrome; vascular access, including arm mini-port insertion; hepatobiliary imaging and intervention, including TIPSS, hepatic embolisation, long term ascites drainage and trans-jugular liver biopsy. He has been on the invited faculty at various meetings as well as having numerous peer reviewed articles published.

Dr Nishath Altaf is a Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon and the Head of Department of Vascular Surgery at Royal Perth Hospital. After graduating from the University of Manchester, UK; he attained a PhD in the study of atherosclerotic disease from the University of Nottingham, UK. He has trained in the UK and after a clinical fellowship at Royal Perth Hospital, he attained the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS, Edinburgh) and the Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS). Dr Altaf is involved in the management of arterial and venous diseases utilising a range of minimally invasive endovascular techniques as well as open surgical techniques. His interests include: • diabetic foot management • endovascular and open management of peripheral vascular, carotid and aortic disease • venous disease, including, varicose veins and venous ulcers. Dr Altaf is also active in teaching as well as vascular research. He is an Associate Professor at Curtin University, a Senior Lecturer at UWA and has published over 40 peer reviewed papers.

Dr. Nijjer is a Consultant Cardiologist and Senior Clinical Lecturer at Imperial College London. He works at both the Hammersmith Hospital and Chelsea & Westminster Foundation NHS Trust, as well as leading private Hospitals in London including the Wellington and Cromwell Hospitals. He is the President-elect of the Cardiology Section of the Royal Society of Medicine, and he was selected as an Emerging Leader for the British Cardiovascular Society. He specialises in coronary intervention and focused his clinical practice in the management of ischaemic heart disease. His practice encompasses all aspects of cardiology. In his PhD research, funded by the Medical Research Council (UK) and awarded by Imperial College he developed of new intracoronary physiology techniques, specifically iFR and iFR-pullback and Co-registration. He has published almost 100 peer-reviewed papers in respected journals, including the New England Journal of Medicine and The Lancet. He has also written several books.
