Dr. Michael S. Lee, is an interventional cardiologist, Associate Professor of Medicine and the Associate Director of Interventional Cardiology Research at the UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Lee has published over 110 (over 70 of which were as first author) peer reviewed articles and chapters. He has also published on topics including antithrombotic therapy in patients with acute coronary syndrome and in percutaneous coronary intervention, protocols to establish heparin dosing regimens, and percutaneous coronary intervention for the treatment of left main disease, saphenous vein grafts, and cardiac allograft vasculopathy who have undergone orthotopic heart transplantation. He is one of the world’s authorities in coronary and peripheral orbital atherectomy.
