Dr Justin Davies is a honorary interventional cardiologist at Hammersmith Hospital, Imperial College NHS Trust, London. After training at Imperial College, he won a prestigious BHF research fellowship to study arterial haemodynamics. Since then he has continued to work on the development of mathematical algorithms to aid understanding of large artery physiology and to develop new tools to assess arterial disease. The holder of several patents, he has published widely in the field of hypertension, coronary and large artery physiology and is the winner of many national and international awards. He has several international collaborations, and is the developer of iFR and the co-principal investigator of the ADVISE studies, the DEFINE-FLAIR, ORBITA and DEFINE-PCI studies. Justin also has an interest in renal denervation, and has lead the first-in-man studies to evaluate the safety of this technique to patients with chronic systolic heart failure (REACH studies).

Dr Konstantinos Stavroulakis is a Consultant Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon at St. Franziskus Hospital, Münster, Germany. He trained at the University of Crete Medical School until 2009. He moved to Germany in 2012 and became a Trainee of Surgery and Vascular Surgery at the Paracelsus Clinic Marl, Germany. He achieved his Postgraduate (Dr.med) qualification in March 2016 from the Westphälische-Wilhelms-Universität Münster. His thesis was - Combination therapy with directional atherectomy and drug eluting balloon angioplasty for isolated lesions of the popliteal artery. He currently is Scientific Director of the Institute for Vascular Research as well as Editor in Chief Vascupedia. As well as being involved in numerous research trials he presents at all the major vascular congresses.

Dr Michael Lichtenberg is the Chief Medical Officer of the Angiology Department at Vascular Centre Clinic Arnsberg, Germany. He is an interventional cardiologist and angiologist with more than 15 years of experience in the field of endovascular interventions. While he values his day-to-day experiences in interventional care, his main interest is the evaluation of new devices, techniques and procedures for intervention of peripheral artery disease. Dr Lichtenberg has performed a series of studies in this area and conducted many clinical trials. He presents his research at conferences around the world. In 2011, Dr Lichtenberg was awarded the Fellowship of the European Board of Cardiology. In 2017 he was elected for the executive secretary of the Germany Angiology Society (DGA).Since January 2020 he is the President of the German Angiology Society.
